I’m having a issue on tiktok with a order. I’m using Doba as my warehouse and my order on tiktok says awaiting collection. I have printed the labels and the is ready to ship. What do I do now to get this package shipped? No one seems to have a answer. What’s the process now? I don’t have these issues with my shopify store. The order will get canceled if it’s not shipped out soon
