How to restrict sale item quantities per order?

Hi there,

I would like to figure out a way, hoping there’s an app for this, to create an automatic discount/ sale on a single product in my store, and then say limit it to 4 per order at that discounted price and then if the customer purchased more than it would just revert back and charge the regular price?

Any insight would be highly appreciated!
