I have submitted my app for review, and I have set the Geographical Requirements in the app submission form to be UK & US:

Shopify have replied to my review saying:
“2 . Unresolved: For stores outside of the countries specified in your geographical requirements must not be able to install the app.”

I was under the impression that just setting the geographical requirements should prevent people outside of what i set from installing the app. However, Shopify have replied to me multiple times saying they were able to install the app from outside the geographical requirements.

I have been unable to find any information on this, is there something I am missing, a way to stop people installing my app outside the geographical requirements that I have set?
