how to run app in containers and install on store

Hi Team,

How to run app in docker containers which created using shopify cli 3.X version, I tried running app using the docker file generated in root dir , but still not able to install app in store , Please share steps and documents how make it run app in docker container and install app on store which runs in docker ,

Please share the steps how production the app

We are looking for a container as well. Polluting your working environment like Shopify asks for gives these special 2003 vibes.
