Here you can filter payouts by date range, such as the 1st to the last day of the month. This will show you exactly how much Shopify deposited into your bank during that time.
Click Export, and Shopify will generate a CSV that includes:
This gives you the full payout total for that month, regardless of when the orders were placed.

Utilize the Finance reports to associate orders with their payout IDs, then export the Payouts report and apply the date range filter. Check each order’s payout reference to join them by month. This way, you can reconcile your monthly sales to what was actually deposited without having to chase payout timing in your workflow.
