Hello, I am updating our email notifications in shopify and don’t want to update all of the notifications that are never used/sent. Is there a way we could see in Shopify what email notifications are being sent to customers? It would be nice to have clarity on this so we know what customers are seeing from us.
I know the exact page that you are talking about and it can be overwhelming haha! Realistically, do you have something set up for campaign emails like Klaviyo or Omnisend, etc.? When you have an email service provider app like those you just create your templates in there and do not need to update the Shopify ones since those wouldn’t be used at all.
Otherwise your main ones are just checkout, abandoned cart, purchase order, account creation, etc.
