I know this seem may seem super pointless - but I am launching a product that I am initially going to be selling exclusively on Amazon FBA. I’ve created a branded Shopify Website for a more trustworthy brand presence, and with the goal in mind of eventually selling direct to consumers through Shopify as well (depending on how amazon FBA goes)
I’m just wondering if theres anyway I can still have the brand presence and shopping options on my website, but only have the option to purchase exclusively through FBA?
Is there a way to disable default ShopPay and Creditcard options and just link customers to FBA within my checkout? Or would you recommend I remove the buy option and just have a button link that lands on purchase from the amazon store?
Yes, just edit the code in your theme so people are directed to a link instead of add products to cart.
I would keep both options though, to allow the customer to do what they prefer, and also when people purchase on Shopify you can add them to your email marketing funnel.
I had a store where we were US based, but had Amazon FBA for USA + UK + Germany, so for European customers we gave them the option to purchase on Amazon in their region, we then included a link to the product page on Amazon (bonus tip use an affiliate link :D).
What you do is create a map in the theme code for example IF product handle == X THEN show button to go to Amazon page Y.
A developer can set that up for you pretty easily.

Hi Joe, This is Saba. Would appreciate your help on this matter, I have started a shop at amazon, and i received orders, however have not confirmed them as I have decided to move to Shopify.
My question is, would it be possible to transfer unconfirmed orders from Amazon to Shopify and fulfill the order there? How? I am a complete beginner here and I would appreciate your kind support with this matter.
