I use a third party (inventory source) to connect and process my inventory and as well as order fulfillment. It appears my order has shipped emails are not being sent. How do I fix this?

When they are fulfilling the order there will be a checkbox asking if the notification should be sent, do check with the logistic partner if they are doing it in their system
Also check to see if there is any problem in Settings > Notifications.

I spoke to the drop shipper who said they have no idea about any kind of checkbox and to talk to Inventory Source. So I have a call with them Monday morning at 9:30 EST. So I should know more then.
The only confusing thing is I get an email from the drop shipper with all the shipping info. So the information is there I just need to figure out how to get it pushed to the customers email.
As far as problems with the notification settings, I would have to change this setting.
After an order has been paid- Automatically fulfill the order‘s line items
- Automatically fulfill only the gift cards of the order
- Do not automatically fulfill any of the order’s line items
To this setting
After an order has been paid
After an order has been paid- Automatically fulfill the order‘s line items
(checkbox) Notify customers of their shipment.(check box) Automatically fulfill all orders, even those with a high risk of fraud
- Automatically fulfill only the gift cards of the order
- Do not automatically fulfill any of the order’s line items
And I’m not sure what will happen. Do you?

If the issue can’t be resolved tomorrow with the Inventory partner please DM me, we can setup some automations and use an Email Service Provider to deliver that notification.
