Hi,

I have created a campaign and designed my emails in shopify email. How do I send marketing emails to my customers? Is there another app I need to download?

  2. Mailchimp – https://apps.shopify.com/shopsync-2?surface_detail=mailchimp&surface_inter_position=1&surface_intra_position=8&surface_type=search

you have to set automation flow mail to these apps as per your need.
