I am working on setting up a shop with Shopify (I am already on Etsy) and need to use variants to give my customers the option to either buy their vintage Swatch watch with or without a battery.
I am trying to use Globo for this but cannot find how to use the option to set a different price for different variants. Is there anyone out here that has successfully mastered this? The Globo faq and help function is not really helpful in this matter.

I am totally guessing on this one as I haven’t used that app recently, but you might have to create the product variant like this: shopify admin>products>product page>add variant
Then try going back to globo variant app to continue making changes. Good luck!

I ended up reaching out to Globo via email because I cannot get it to work and their faq appears to be either outdated or not complete.
I finally got it to work! Globo’s customer support is brilliant, it has been a long time since I was assisted this good by any company. It ended up being fairly simple, I guess their faq needs a bit of updating, but that’s not on me to do of course.

Can you help me out with that as well? I am trying to get the globo app set up on my shopify store. I need help to set it up from the main page. It is asking for elements and products. I need to be able to add size and color options to my listings.

Hi, im not understanding how to use this section products tab, where you add manually, automated or all,
i am trying to use this app to build a kit of items
What I have done is created a package, added all options and parts to it. But im unsure what this part is for, is it to put a product in that I already created in my store? Like do I have make a kit number with no price and just add picture and weight, and make it active and than use this section and add the kit number i just made?
