How to set different shipping rates — Karachi 250 and other Pakistan cities 300 (Free app?)

Hi everyone,

I want to set up custom shipping rates for my Shopify store in Pakistan.
Specifically, I need:

  • Karachi → PKR 250 shipping

  • All other cities in Pakistan → PKR 300 shipping

Is there any free app or built-in Shopify method to do this easily?
I tried using Shopify’s default shipping zones, but it doesn’t let me target specific cities like Karachi.

If anyone has done this before or knows a free app that supports city-based shipping rules, please share your suggestions.
