How to set quantity for SKU and not for variant sizes in a jewelry store?

Hi to every one,
I have to set up a shop for a jewels store.

Ale they products are unique pieces; they sell rings.
Only one ring per SKU, but they want to give the possibility to choose the size (+30€).

If I use variants, I have to assign a quantity to a single size, but the ring is only one.

Can someone help me to fix this issue?

this is not the issue, this is feature, you need to add this by the custom code,

you need to hire a developer or Expert .
