Hello @DavidYang , It is not possible to open some of the apps on a new window but you can duplicate the tab and then open the app. Hope that this solution will make your case lighter.

Open your Shopify Partner account. Go to your created app Open App Setup. Scroll to Embedded app. It will redirect to a new frame. Turn off the embedded feature and add navigation URL there.
