How to set up a form with a download button on Dawn version 10?

Hi Experts,

We are using the Dawn version 10.

We will be offering a downloadable PDF guide to our visitors. For them to download that file, they will first enter their name and email address, but instead of clicking a SUBMIT button, they will click a DOWNLOAD button. After clicking the DOWNLOAD button, their information will be submitted to Shopify’s backend and they will then be prompted to download the file.

Something like this:

I uploaded my pdf to Google Drive, created a download link from the shared file link using Google Site’s functionality , and added the file download link (different from the actual Google Drive file link) to my email popup from the free EcomSend Popups app which allows to create a popup that opens a URL (in this case the link to the file download) after customers input their email.

This can be done by customising the current contact form which will open the link of PDF post success of contact form.
