Adding on to say Shopify definitely needs to fix this. Customers should not be given the option to choose free Priority shipping when their order qualifies for First Class shipping, making ME pay the difference because they see they have the option to upgrade for free. The only “workaround” to this is for me to look through EACH order that has used my free shipping coupon to see if it can actually be downgraded to First Class from Priority. Shopify has been a headache with things that should be no brainer features.
