Right but I don’t want to exclude priority when their order may be too heavy to qualify for first class. Free shipping over xxx order amount should have nothing to do with the shipping method being offered, it shouldnt be contingent on that being a first class package. But it should be the cheapest method available for that order, and it should not allow them to select more expensive options for free shipping. I haven’t seen any business operate the way you’re trying to say we should set these coupons up.
