How to set up a pop up video on the home page?

I am thinking to set up a pop up video with an exit button in the bottom right corner of my home page when someone enters the store. It needs to start playing on its own and it doesn’t even have to be too big. I’ve seen a few big businesses do that and it works pretty well.

I had a look at different apps but non seem to provide pop-up videos.

Not sure if there is app available for it or not but yes with custom code using mp4 video we can do it
Basic concept is, on page load with JS trigger the video.

Ok so can I have instructions on how to do this?

For instructions for a complete module or complete code a/to the theme you are using you have to connect with your developer.
