I am looking for a way to fulfill free sample shipments to potential customers.
Today, we have internal and external marketing/sales personnel requesting samples be shipped to potential customers and influencers. All items will be free. Some items are within our ‘for purchase’ on-line store, while others will be unique to this sample request.
I am needing a way to send a secret URL or unique log-in & password to people so they can request delivery of a number of items. Anyone without this log-in/URL should not be able to order this free material. Think sales sheets, company brochures, VIP packages, etc.
Current fulfillment process is taking hours. Hoping to link these orders directly to our warehouse through Shopify.
