How to set up free shipping for virtual products?

Hi, How do I set up free shipping on our services? Virtual products. Certain items we do not ship.

Each product has a setting called ‘This is a physical product’. When the box is checked, this product is included in the shipping calculation at checkout.

For your virtual products:

  1. Go to your Shopify admin, then click ‘Products’ on the sidebar menu
  2. Find one of your virtual products, then click on it.
  3. Scroll down to the ‘Shipping’ section of the product info page
  4. De-select the check box beside ‘This is a physical product’.
  5. Save your changes.
  6. Repeat Steps 2-5 for each one of your virtual products.

When a customer orders only these products, shipping will be bypassed altogether. When a customer includes one of these products with other physical products, only the physical products will be part of the shipping calculation.
