How to set up mega menus in Dawn Theme 8.0.1?

I have recently loaded Dawn theme 8.0.1 and have begun creating my store.

I have been trying to set up mega menus but I do not seem to have the option under the “Header” to add a mega menu.

When I set up the menu’s as sub menus I cannot navigate the products to that sub menu only to one collection or a specific product. It doesn’t seem to be working correctly and I do not have the options as per the You Tube new Dawn 2.0.

Any assistance on what is going wrong would be appreciated.
