How to set up one product with both physical and digital variant options

I’m selling paper prints and canvas prints in different sizes and prices. The same listing has the option to buy a digital download.

When I set up the listing all seemed fine, until I clicked on Digital Download. After I click on ‘Digital Download’, the sizes for paper prints and canvas disappears (last screenshot). How do I fix this?

What I did when I set up the digital download listing variants was delete all of the yellow highlighted ones and kept the green highlighted one in the screenshot.
