How to set up payments without tax ID? (I'm in Lithuania)

Hey,

I’m in Lithuania. I don’t have a registered business, and I want to accept payments (visa/mastercard), how do I do that without having a tax ID?

Are there any third-party providers that don’t require a tax ID?
