I am trying to achieve this, but have not found a solution:
My company design T-shirt and souvenirs.
For orders from my country, allow customers to order physical products that would be shipped from my warehouse.
For orders outside of my country, they will be directly ordering through a listing that is connected with POD through dropshipping.
The product is identical in design.
I am not able to set up multiple Warehouses locations if I generate a listing from Printful/ Printify and add my warehouse location.
But if I create a Product and allow multiple locations - I am not able to connect the listing to the Print On Demand Site (e.g. Printiful), that was not an option in the dropdown box.
Any solutions?
Currently I have two separate listings for the same product, but under the product name I mentioned (XX Country only) - I think this look quite untidy. I would like it to be under 1 listing.
You can’t currently combine your own warehouse fulfillment with Printful/Printify under one product listing in WooCommerce, since their integrations don’t support multiple sources. The workaround is to use a multi‑location or multi‑vendor plugin that can route orders by customer location, letting domestic orders ship from your warehouse and international ones go through POD. Without such a plugin or custom development, you’ll need to keep two separate listings.
I get what you’re trying to do, having two separate listings for the same product always feels messy. The tricky part is that Shopify treats POD apps like Printful/Printify as separate fulfillment locations, so you can’t just attach them to a product that already has your warehouse inventory.
A common way people handle this is:
Keep a single product listing.
Add both fulfillment locations in Settings → Locations — your warehouse for local orders, the POD location for international orders. Shopify should automatically route the order to the right location at checkout.
Make sure SKUs and variants match between Shopify and your POD app so it can sync correctly.
Sometimes it still doesn’t let the POD app appear for that product, that’s usually just a syncing issue. There are also community threads about linking or merging POD listings so everything appears under one product instead of duplicates, which might help. Here’s a related discussion that could give some ideas: https://community.shopify.com/post/2806748
Thank you. May I know what is the name of the plugin? And do you create a product listing with POD site first and sync to Shopify or create a product listing in Shopify to link to a POD listing later?
Thanks for sharing. create a product listing with POD site first and then sync to Shopify or create a product listing in Shopify first and then to link to a POD listing? Can you share the link again, it does not work. thanks!
