How to set up pre-filled shipping address options on a pop-up shop?

Hello - We are creating a pop-up shop for a corporate client. They would like their users to be able to select from multiple pre-filled office locations (for delivery) in addition to the option to have items shipped directly to a user-inputted address.

How can I create this and have a shipping drop down that will show all their office locations and an option to add their own address?

Thank you, this is interesting. Unfortunately, this is for when you are taking one order of multiple items and drop shipping to multiple locations. I need every order to have pre-selected shipping options.
