Hi Team,
We sell pea protein and have 4 flavours to choose from. We sell our products either alone or in bundles of 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6
We currently use bold product options for the purpose of allowing customers to customise the flavours. It currently functions with the customer choosing the first flavour from the built in shopify variants and then we use product options app to ask “add additional 1 Kg +$45” where they select the next flavour and this has conditional visibility that it doesn’t ask if you want to add another additional flavour unless you’ve selected the flavour for the option previous. That way it doesn’t ask the customer to pick all 6 flavours if they only want to purchase one - it only offers the next flavour if they’ve added the second and then third etc.
We have just implemented subscriptions and these do not function together. Is there a way to use shopify inbuilt variants to have the second 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th options only become visible once the customer has selected that they want 2, 3 or 4 etc. units or to function as it does currently with bold. Almost like they’re being upsold on the product page but also functioning with subscriptions?
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
