How to set up the inbox without information submition

Can I just set up the inbox and let the customer chat with us without providing their information as a guest?

Cause I assume for many times the customer will give up the chat for the information submition.They just need a instant talk.

At the moment, this field is required as it enables customers to receive a response from you by email if they leave your store before you’re able to reply. How have you found Shopify Inbox so far? Have you already set up your quick replies and instant answers? These allow you to reply to customers fast and efficiently. Let me know what you think.

We use Shopify for B2B and make our store only accessible to existing customers, so in this way it would be super helpful if the app at least could first check if the customer creating a chat is ‘logged in’ and if so it could pull that data without having them prompted to enter their info information.

We’ve experimented with other chat apps but Inbox (being that its built by Shopify) just seems to have a lot of really great features that its hard to find elsewhere (instant answers, assign staff to conversations, see active cart, view customer profile/lifetime spend/order history, etc).

The last thing I would add is if the chat app had a section to track current customers on the site, so you could see who is active, what kind of carts are built, etc, before they open a new chat, that would be super helpful for us since the customers are all logged in already.
