Hello there! I am almost ready to launch but I don’t know exactly how to set up shipping. I want to use UPS but I don’t know where to set up my account with this carrier and I’m not sure if I need to upgrade from my basic plan in order to use this carrier on my Shopify store. I also don’t know how I would go about linking this career to my Shopify account. I have seen videos on this but I am still very lost. Truth is I would love to set up a call with someone on Shopify’s customer service so I can to this step by step with assistance. Thank you for your time, hope to hear from you soon!

With regards to your inquiry, you can definitely set up UPS as your chosen carrier with Shopify. Our platform offers this feature to be included if you choose to pay for your monthly subscription bill annually or you can simply add it to your plan for an additional $20 per month. One thing to note, paying for your bill annually also provides you an overall 10% discount so this is the option I always ask merchants to consider as it ultimately saves you 10% of your billing for the year on top of getting this shippnig feature for free.
