How to setup transit times in shipping & Delivery?

Hello, I have run into bit of an issue with setting up Shopify Transit times. Recently one of my clients I built a Shopify store for had their Google ads account suspended because the Transit times were not setup properly in the Shipping & Delivery page.

I have read through lots of articles that give step-by-step instructions, but, I just can’t find the option under the Shipping Zones to add Transit times. Can someone please help me here? I need an urgent solution to this.

it seems being able to setup transit times in shopify is only limited to a few locations. Like if your store location is not set to one of the eligible locations locations, Shopify doesn’t allow you to setup transit times. You’d probably need a third party app to do that.

I’m also stuck with this, did you get the option for transit times?

I see this was some time ago, did you find a resolution? I am having the same issue.
