Hello, we have given our customers the option to purchase bulk of an item and it displays as “5 piece places setting for 6” and shows up as one item to ship. We did this for convenience since so many customers were purchasing 6 of the “5 piece place setting for one”. The issue is when we go to ship the “5 piece place setting for 6” we cannot divide up the order to be shipped in more than one box because there is only one item to be fulfilled technically. If they purchase it as 6 “5 piece place setting for one” we can select a few of the place settings to ship in one box and the rest in another. Is there a way around this when the item is bulk but shows up as one item to be fulfilled?
