I want to ship liquor easily. Last time I tried it asked a million questions about forms and declarations- I need it stupid proof and dont want to run into compliance issues - please and thank you
Unfortunately, shipping liquor is complex. There is not a “stupid proof” way to do this using Shopify-built tools. Your best bet is to look at an app or a 3PL company that specializes in handling alcohol.
If you do use an app, some only appear to handle the tax collection or signature piece; you’ll need to make sure that you also have an agreement with your carrier that will support alcohol. Out of the box, Shopify Shipping rates will not work for alcohol.
