This is only available for desktop version on the Refresh theme. Is it possible to have this part shown on the above image be on the mobile version as well? I really like how the content box is on the image and it doesn’t do that on mobile. On mobile it appears as two separate things with the content at the bottom of the image.

So on the refresh theme the reason that its two boxes is because the content will be better readable.
However, when you go to your section settings of the banner, you will find an option on how the box should behave on mobile. Keep in mind that you don’t want to put the box on top of the image, otherwise you will have no use for the image.
