I would like to set this up where it says where the product is made on the collection pages. I would like it to look like this. Is this possible? how could we do this? There need to be 3 options, « made in France », « made in Italy » and « designed in France ». Please help me with how we can make this happen.

Unfortunately as @Zworthkey mentioned there is currently no app that does this feature.
You need to edit the code and for that, you can do it yourself (if you know how to code) or on a simple project platform.
