How to show only one drop down item at a time on home page?

Hello. I have my home page navigation set up like this so when the state, Iowa in this case, is clicked, it displays cities within that state. When I click on another state, North Carolina in this case, to view the cities in that state, I would like the site to only display the cities in North Carolina and no longer display the drop down for Iowa.

Step 1: Click Iowa to view cities within Iowa

Step 2: Without clicking the arrow to hide the Iowa drop down, click on North Carolina to view to cities within. Note that both states are now displaying drop downs of their cities. I would like only one drop down to display at a time so that when North Carolina was clicked, the Iowa drop down is automatically hidden again.

Step 2: Show 2 drop downs. I want the Iowa dropdown to go away when the North Carolina drop down is clicked.

its mega menu style if add one menu drop dowlaod too much large so divide menu item its good
