How to show remaining quantity Studio theme

Hi, I’d like to show the number left of each product, or at least display when there are only a few left. I can’t find directions anywhere for how to do this. I’m using the studio theme. Thanks for your help.

You can do that by adding Inventory status block in your Online store > Themes > Customize > Products > Default product

Thanks so much. I can get to “customize” but after that I can’t see
anywhere to find “products” and “default product.”

You can see dropdowm menu at the top, click on it then you can see

Mine just does not have this option - any idea why that would be ?
