Looking for help on adding the SKU# right below the variants title for each product in the checkout page. We are using Shopify plus and one page checkout. Screenshot below:

Enabling SKUs directly is not possible, but you can use a checkout extension to achieve this. You may need to install a third-party app or hire a developer to avoid paying a monthly fee. Let me know if you need further assistance.

Yes, this will also work. But it will store the SKU detail in the order line-item. If it is okay for you then this will be the easier one to implement.
