How to show thumbnails on mobile product page and remove slider

How to show image thumbnails on mobile and not be able to slide through the pictures. When you click the image it has a quick fade transition and the thumbnails should be 50px x 50px squares

I attached an image of what I want it to look like vs what It looks like now

I’m using Dawn 8.0.0 and my Shopify link is https://droughtinc.myshopify.com/products/explorer-shirt-1-1

I am not trying to add an image slider I am trying to remove the image slider and add the thumbnails below the image

I am trying to have mine look like the picture I included but the design in this link looks very similar.
