Upon checking, we found that you are using the theme name “Umino”. Since it’s a paid theme, so we can’t install and investigate the case further.
You should better contact theme developer or hire a dev team to support you with this setting.

Not only will it help you display the total amount for all items in the cart, but it’ll also show extremely relevant product recommendations inside the cart.
