My client theme dashboard cannot show this part I wonder know why.
where did i miss or lack of some permissions?

Permissions for reports is required , read the friendly manually thoroughly they’ve buried a ton of info all other the place making it hard to find. Like web-vitals/performance isn’t even a top level chapter for the themes docs it’s up a level for the online-sales channel
Then generally needs to be enough actual real data to show anything it’s not some instantaneous magic it needs real traffic AFTER a theme is published.
