when customers mark the option to get news and updates from my shop in email or just enter there mail in the footer of the website where there is an option to register in mail to get updated, it gives them a mail that asks them to confirm and they are considered as “pending” before they are under status “subscribed”. how do i skip this useless pending option from my customers?

This is a feature known as double-opt in. You can learn more about setting it up (or disabling it) here.
Enabling customers to confirm their marketing emails can enhance your subscriber list by filtering out uninterested or incorrect email addresses. While it may slow down list growth due to some users forgetting to confirm their subscription, having genuinely interested subscribers is most advantageous for your business. But that’s totally your call!
