Originally I am from Kazakhstan, but currently I live in Italy for study reasons. In Italy I rent an apartment, and all utility bills are being paid by my landlord. I checked my bank account statement, and it shows my address from Kazakhstan, because when I opened my credit card in Italy, they asked to provide my address from my hometown. I tried to upload some utility bills that my landlord sends me every month on my email to prove the account owner’s address, but I think they’ve been rejected due to the reason that my name wasn’t indicated in there, but landlords name. What should I do to proceed this step? Thank you in advance!
