New to Shopify (as of 3 days ago). Currently in development. Using the Dawn theme. 3 issues.
Issue #1:
Products are not displaying correctly on the grid. Settings: products per page: 20 and Number of Columns: 5. It is only showing me 10 products.
Issue #2:
When I get to page 5 it is showing me 11 products.
Issue #3:
I have 69 products in my collection and the screen is showing and my products total is showing 134.

I have exactly the same three issues on my store.
Also using Dawn theme, no code edits.

I communicated my issue with the support team via chat. I was informed by them (James S.) that a ticket ( I do have the ticket #) needs to be created and assigned to the theme developer for further investigation. Nate, from the Theme Support team is now aware that the incorrect number of products were appearing on collection pages. Per Nate, he indicated that the developers have been made aware of this issue on the Dawn theme. Per Nate, the issue isn’t fixed at this point, but all the information that I had provided to James in my chat has been passed along to them. I was told by James that I will receive an email regarding the result of their investigation once they are done.
The Default collection was changed to display 20 products per page. I have 69 products in this particular collection. So this should be giving me 3 pages of 20 products with the last page showing 9 products. The product page is showing me TEN (10) products per page on some pages, some pages are showing me ELEVEN (11) products. The Shopify calculated product total is showing me 134 PRODUCTS. That is incorrect. I only have 69 products in this collection.
From what I am being told this is a BUG with the Dawn theme. There are other support questions that are raising the same issue with this theme.
For me personally, this is a HIGH PRIORITY issue that I certainly cannot go live with.
At this point, I have not been given a timeframe as to when this will be fixed - which is a bit discouraging.
If you can reply with exactly what is happening with you, that would be great and hopefully this can get escalated. Thank you.

Here is my issue:
I am having trouble with the Dawn theme, in particular the product grid.
I have the Product Grid - Products Per Page - Set to 24
and the Product Grid -Number of columns on desktop - Set to 4
But the product grid doesn’t show this. On this example below, it displays 18 products but there are 45 products in the collection so it should have 24 on page one. Other collections show different amounts - sometimes all 24, sometimes 22. It can change when you go through the pages.
I have also noticed that it shows that I have 72 products in this collection when I only have 45?
I have chatted with Shopify support online and they weren’t able to assist. They said that it required code changes, something I didn’t want to do because I like the automatic theme updates.
