How to solve domain verification issue in Google Merchant Center?

Hello,

I have a message in Shopify underneath the Google “sales channels” section. It says that everything is good to go for free listings except Google Merchant Center “There was a problem verifying and claiming your domain. Contact Shopify support for more information.”

Below that it says, “Your product data will be added to your Google Merchant Center account that we have created for you.”

Because of this, I cannot complete the set up for the Google Sales Channel.
