I am using the Shopify Debut theme and I’m selling one digital product. The Shopify Google sales channel app has limitations and my product is disapproved in my Google Merchant Center account for “Missing sub-attribute [country (sub-attribute of [shipping])]”. I’ve been back and forth with both Google and Shopify but still no solution. At this point I need to abandon the Shopify Google Channel app and go a different direction. Shopify suggested using a third party app or entering my product manual in Google Merchant center. Has anyone else had issues selling digital products and found good solutions to getting their products listed with Google and/or other sales channels? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated:)
There are several ways to resolve this issue.
- Create a feed rule to clear the shipping attribute so that only account level shipping applies, and not feed level values. More info: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7450276?hl=en

Thanks Emmanuel for your reply:) Sorry for my late reply I was out of town. I took a look at creating a “Google Merchant Center” rule but I’m unsure what I’m doing based on the links you provided. I’m very new at this. Would you be able to provide more details? For the second option which I did not try do you know if I have to delete the Shopify Google Channel app first to try another Shopify sales channel app? I’m afraid if I delete my Shopify Google Salas Channel app that it will delete or break my Google Merchant Center account as this is the app that I believe automatically created my Google Merchant Center account. Any help would be greatly appreciated:)
