I am reaching out to you for your help in managing a very unpleasant situation.
A seller is refusing to refund me for a purchase made at the beginning of December which has still not been delivered. More than 50 days have passed, well beyond their own limit stated in the contract conditions for a refund. The problem is that Shopify is not responding (I reported the issue with the order as being marked as Illegal Activities in the Help Centre).
The seller continues to send generic emails without resolving the issue, only stating that the merchandise is in transit. Obviously, as dropshippers, they do not know how to resolve the issue. What can I do?
