I keep getting this message that “this account can’t be selected because you’re not an admin. Please select a different account or ask the admin to give you access.”

This error occurs because you do not have the correct permission levels (admin access) for the Facebook Page or Instagram Account you are wanting to connect to in the Facebook and Instagram channel. These permissions are set in the Business Manager and users must sow full control.
To resolve this please review Meta’s help doc View and edit permissions in Meta Business Manager shown here.
You can also reach out to Meta support directly by following these steps below, as they would be in charge of handling account permissions.
You will need to contact them via your unique URL. So in the example below please replace,
abcde12345 with your own .myshopify.com URL to contact Meta Support:
