How to solve Printful permissions issue on Shopify?

Hi,

Printful just emailed to say that from March 15, 2023, unless we grant additional permissions on Shopify, they won’t be able to receive or fulfill orders. They have an ‘Enable Permission’ button on their app page, but when I click it, it takes me to a Shopify error page that reads ‘Oauth error invalid_request: The redirect_uri is not whitelisted’.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution?

I didn’t have the button at all. :disappointed_face:

Just FYI, the issue is still there on desktop, but I tried doing it via the Shopify app and it worked.

So on the app it’s:

Store >

Apps >

Printful >

Click button to add permissions >

Takes you back to Shopify to update Printful app

And that’s it. :slightly_smiling_face:
