I am trying to complete the fast tag but it keeps telling shopify doesn’t have access to real time carrier rate API. I’m not sure what to do at this point.

I’m curious if you setup any shipping using the real time carrier rates before, and was it working? It sounds like the setting for carrier rates needs to be enabled internally. Either way, the best thing to do would be to contact our support team so they can look at your account and make sure everything is working as it should.
