im kinda stuck not sure what to do next… should i focus more on building my store first or finding good suppliers first?

You don’t need a “perfect store” or “perfect supplier” first. What matters most is testing products quickly.
I’d do it like this:
- Build a simple, clean store
- Pick 1–3 products to test
- Use suppliers in Zopi so you can move quickly
- Just make sure to check shipping + pricing for your target country before pushing
Focus on getting your first sales and learning from them — you can always improve everything later.
