Recently, I have been running an affiliate website where I review skateboarding products. But it gets me a bit of commission on each sale which is not enough. I want to create and start my own e-commerce store where I will list skating products. And I have found Shopify quite good to start. But as a beginner, I don’t know how to start, or what budget I would be needed to start with.

Social media marketing must be done as smartly and as aggressively as possible. This is the sharpest way to push your store and it’s products directly to your target audience. I recommend putting emphasis on Instagram and Tik Tok since you would be dealing with skating products.

When designing your store, your major aim should be to go for simplicity and effectiveness over aesthetic value for now. This is to make it as straightforward to use for your potential customers who would not fancy cracking their heads over finding their way in your store. One aspect is with regards to the purchase process and for that reason I think you should have the Add to Cart Button App which would appear on every product page to make the purchase process easier for both parties.
