Hi I have successfully integrated the dropshipping app, Creative Hub and orders are going through to the fulfilment company. However, I am also getting emails to one of my other email addresses every time the company receive an order, with error messages.
When I first setup the app, I used this other email address which was linked to another account I had with creativehub. After a few tries, I realised this as not working so I deleted the app, reinstalled it and connected it to a brand new account with creativehub. This is the one that is now working, but Shopify still maintains the link to this old account which is why I am getting error messages. The team at creative hub tell me this is not a problem with their integration but it is an issue with shopify, probably maintaining some old data somewhere.
I can’t see anything obvious in shopify.
